DMWA are delighted to have been instructed to begin work on a multiple housing project on this 0.49 Ha site in East Hampshire. The site features an existing Grade II Listed building designed by pioneering British Architect, Edwin Lutyens. This exciting brief offers the opportunity for us to work in collaboration with the East Hampshire County Council Conservation Officer to develop a proposal that enhances the setting and condition of the dilapidated listed building whilst providing new family homes in this highly desirable location.
