New Dwelling
Poole, Dorset

This exciting contemporary new home has been granted planning permission by Poole Borough Council.

Working with the constraints of the narrow garden plot, the concept was developed around two interlocking shapes, their staggered forms offering opportunities to push and pull into the landscape, whilst protecting neighbouring amenity.

Subtle thresholds between inside and outside are key to the flow of the living spaces on the ground floor, with glimpses into the garden through frameless glazed corners. To suit a family, three double bedrooms have been provided to the first floor.

Work has begun on site and we are looking forward to sharing the progress during construction.
