Having purchased the site with an existing consent for apartments, our client has instructed us to reconfigure the approved design to simplify the layout and create houses with private amenity to meet market demands. These small townhouses maximise the narrow plot’s potential through efficient internal space planning. The simple but modern elevations have been developed with a restrained palette of materials and elements, creating a modern interpretation of a traditional townhouse typology.
A detailed planning application was submitted to Bournemouth Borough Council in July 2016.
