DMW Architects were appointed to remodel the interior and transform the exterior of this tired and pink coloured 1930s house.
The client wished to retain many of the internal features and some of the original character.
The conversion of the roof space saw the creation of 2 new children’s bedrooms with ensuite. A roof lit circulation void bleeds light down through the open-tread stairways and down to the ground level. At ground floor, a large single storey extension with roof terrace over allows views across Poole Harbour from an open-plan living space.
