Planning consent from Poole Borough Council for this development of 4 new dwellings to replace an existing bungalow within a back land site at Gorse Hill, Poole. The approval required significant negotiation with Poole BC, and amendments were made during this process to satisfy some of the highways and tree issues that were raised.
The resulting layout makes provision for 4 new two storey 1,200 sq ft houses with internal single garages. Seeking to maintain the existing established landscape screening, the new houses are sited around existing tree constraints, with new planting proposed to further conceal this development; creating a private enclave for the end users whilst minimising impact on adjacent properties.
