Consent was granted in 2016 by East Dorset District Council for this replacement dwelling in Wimborne, Dorset. The proposed two storey replaced an existing dilapidated chalet bungalow. The plan accommodates an integral double garage, 4 double bedrooms with en-suites and a bright open plan kitchen/dining space at the rear.
The house was carefully designed in collaboration with our client with a brief for a warm, cosy and modestly proportioned family home that is modern in style but with traditional references! We think the finished house delivers on this and our clients are delighted with the result.
The project was completed in the summer of 2018.
