This large sustainable business park, currently in the planning status, is located in the west country. It has been meticulously designed to minimise environmental impact while enhancing biodiversity throughout the expansive site. 

New public routes and spaces have been carefully constructed to ensure accessibility for all and encourage integration with the surrounding public routes. The use of materials that reflect the natural environment and the incorporation of breakout spaces that seamlessly transition from indoor to outdoor areas create a space that complements the landscape without compromising its integrity.

The buildings within the park will be constructed using recyclable materials wherever possible and will meet high BREEAM Excellent standards. They will also be equipped with an extensive solar array to generate energy for a district energy supply, aiming for an energy-neutral development.
