It’s great to see our St Peter’s Mews project in Ashley Cross, Poole, come to life.
The site is home to a Grade II Listed former School, which has been given a new lease of life as a commercial entity. The other associated former school buildings (formerly the music venue ‘Mr Kyps’) has been carefully restored and converted into 6 residential units, bringing the buildings back to their original splendour. The development also includes two new ancillary cottages within a former parking area, creating an enclosed courtyard, framing the listed structures beyond.
This sensitive conservation project has been developed carefully in collaboration with our client Bayview Developments, who benefit from a history of working with and converting historic buildings.
