We’re delighted to have gained planning consent from North Dorset District Council for 5 much needed new homes in the village of Pimperne, Dorset. The 5 houses replace an existing large dwelling and garden. The consent was achieved through a positive process of negotiation with the planning officer via a pre application submission. The resulting layout takes cues from the traditional Pimperne vernacular, with a cluster of modest cottages set behind a high boundary wall. The parking area is set around a courtyard arrangement to minimse visual clutter and access points into the site.
