We are thrilled have gained planning consent for this significant architectural plans to extend and remodel an existing chalet bungalow in Branksome Park Poole, Dorset.
The design works with much of the existing ground floor plan, reimagined to deliver a beautiful home. By increasing the plate height of the property, to transform the former chalet into a full two storey house with further accommodation set within the roof.
During planning determination the Conservation Officer had concerns on a few design aspects, fortunately through we were able to overcome these by making design alternations to achieve an art and crafts style, avoiding the need to reduce the scale of the proposal. The ability to represent our designs successfully significantly helped the process, including the use of CGI and 3D visuals.
