
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve secured planning consent for two new homes on Danecourt Road, Poole, following a successful plot severance.
These homes have been carefully designed to navigate a range of complex constraints, including Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs), site access, varying levels, and their relationship with surrounding properties.
A huge thank you to Darryl Howells, who acted as our planning consultant/agent, and Richard Nicholson, who provided expert guidance on tree-related considerations. Thanks to their invaluable support, we achieved delegated approval within just four months of submission.
With planning now in place, we’re moving forward with the construction plans and aiming for a site start in late 2025.
