Last week we took third year students from the Arts University Bournemouth for a site visit to our Dorest Passivhaus Barn, as part of our on-going RIBA Future Architects student mentoring scheme.
The design for Ton Barn is conceived to reflect the commonly seen agricultural barn structures dotted around the local Dorset landscape. It will harmonise and enhance its setting, using pre-patinated facing materials to blend into the beautiful rural setting.
