Following their successful collaboration with Parterre Fragrances on previous projects, DMW Architects were commissioned to work on the restoration and enhancement of a 19th-century Listed mill building and its adjacent courtyard.
The project involved the meticulous 3D modelling of the historically significant water mill workings within the primary residence. In partnership with a historic specialist, plans were developed to restore the mill machinery and incorporate it sensitively into the residential setting. Alterations and internal work were carried out to improve the living areas without compromising the historic fabric of the building.
